Center Director in Training Position Summary The Center Director in Training is a critical position in C2. It is an active developmental position that gives you the full 6 weeks of immersive onboarding as well as several months of on the job training. This will give you an outstanding foundation to transition into a permanent Center Director role in your own center when an opening arises. Due to our continued growth in the region, Center Director positions normally open up every few months. As an overview, our Center Directors professionally manage and grow C2 Education Geographic Trade Area (GTA) Operations. This includes delivering outstanding academic experiences and successful outcomes for our students, and engaging conferences with their parents both in-person and via virtual online video; growing enrollments and renewals; and managing operations to C2 standards in a hybrid (virtual and in-center) operating environment (includes process, financial, and people administration and compliance). The Center Director leads the GTA team, tracks student progress, conducts student and family conferences and academic guidance sessions, and upholds high-quality customer service. The Center Director is the Face of C2 Education and is a Brand Ambassador. Role:
The Center Director will:
Provide outstanding academic services to students and their families in all GTA locations Increase GTA enrollments through excellent customer service and expertise, as well as fluent knowledge of college admissions, local schools, libraries, potential partners, and online community groups Meet or exceed operating performance targets Recruit and develop a high-performing team of educators Operate seamlessly in a virtual online and in-center operating environment Responsibilities Responsibilities of the Role:
o Ensure delivery of C2 programs and initiatives for our families in alignment with our Mission. o Create academic plans for students, and manage teachers to deliver student outcomes. o Oversee student testing and monitoring of all students' academic progress. o Manage center lead contacts o Conduct conferences inside the center unless customer prefers virtual with prospective customers to review their child's needs and deliver new enrollments for C2's programs and services. Ensure contracts are complete and accurate. o Conduct conferences inside the center unless customer prefers virtual with parents and students to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments. o Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and business communities and actively participate in community events as a C2 representative. o Develop and execute local marketing activities, as well as companywide marketing programs . o Recruit, hire, manage and provide ongoing development and support to teachers and center staff. o Meet enrollment targets and operational excellence standards. Able to acquire new skills as required Time management, planning, and prioritization Ability to manage and growth a full network of virtual relationships High tolerance for ambiguity Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 3-5 years progressive career growth in management or consultative sales Experience managing in a virtual operations and team environment Background in academic services/ education / consultative sales / hospitality / multi-unit services/ health and wellness services Experience in recruiting, leading, and developing effective teams, including virtually Understanding the current landscape of the college admissions process and/or local school system preferred Bilingual in English and Korean or Mandarin beneficial Highly proficient in online meeting platforms, presentation applications, social media account management, as well as supporting technical knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications Ability to travel to Atlanta for annual conference, as well as in-person meetings as needed (less than 10%). Ability to travel to operating locations within GTA as required
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Education AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
